Our Story

Why MSP911 Exists

MSP911 was created to support Managed Service Providers during their most challenging days — high-impact incident response, often with limited internal resources, often facing severe time pressure and client impact at the same time.

Too many MSPs face high-impact incidents alone, without experienced support and without a structured path to stabilization. MSP911 provides that path: case-based, advisory, capacity-constrained, and free.

The program operates within the CyberRISE 501(c)(3) nonprofit framework and is governed by a dedicated program board. The boundaries — advisory only, free to MSPs, no client poaching — are not marketing language. They are the foundation that makes MSPs willing to ask for help in the first place.

Chris brings the operational depth and the calm under pressure that MSPs need in the moments they reach out to MSP911 — and the program-building discipline needed to keep the support sustainable.

MSP911 operates under the oversight of the CyberRISE Board of Directors and Executive Director, ensuring alignment with nonprofit governance, accountability, and mission. Per the CyberRISE charter, the Board of Directors cannot receive any financial gain from the organization.
